TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. HOW TO ENTER.  The first 500 eligible customers to complete a qualifying purchase of the [Paka Original Hoodie] (the “Qualifying Product”) on the Paka website (www.pakaapparel.sbs) during the Offer Period will each receive one $100 PAKA gift card for a future purchase (the “Offer”). Purchase is required. Gift cards are allocated in the order qualifying purchases are completed, subject to these terms; there is no random drawing.

2. OFFER PERIOD.  The Offer begins on 10/14/2026 at 12:00 am ESTTime and ends on 10/15/2026  at 3:00 AM EST or when 500 eligible customers have completed qualifying purchases, whichever occurs first (the “Offer Period”). PAKA’s order-processing system is the official timekeeping device for the Offer.

3. ELIGIBILITY. The Offer is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old. Employees of Paka Apparel, Inc. (“PAKA”) and its affiliates, agents, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families and household members, are not eligible. Void outside the United States and where prohibited by law. Limit one gift card per customer and household, regardless of the number of Qualifying Products purchased or orders placed.

4. HOW TO QUALIFY. During the Offer Period, purchase at least one Qualifying Product at www.pakaapparel.sbs and complete checkout with successful payment authorization. Purchases from other retailers, purchases made before the Offer Period, and purchases of other products do not qualify. Adding an item to a cart, starting checkout, or subscribing to email does not reserve a gift card. Customers are responsible for the price of their purchase and applicable taxes and shipping charges. No separate entry or claim form is required.

Purchases from other retailers, purchases made before the Offer Period, and purchases of other products do not qualify. Adding an item to a cart, starting checkout, or subscribing to email does not reserve a gift card. Customers are responsible for the price of their purchase and applicable taxes and shipping charges. No separate entry or claim form is required.

6. GIFT CARD VALUE DELIVERY AND USE. Each qualifying customer will receive one digital PAKA gift card with a value of US $100 with a $200 purchase min, delivered to the email address provided at checkout ON 10/19/2026. Up to 500 gift cards are available, with a total face value of up to US $50,000. Fewer will be issued if fewer than 500 customers qualify. No additional purchase is required to receive the gift card.

The gift card may be used for future purchases at www.pakaapparel.sbs after it is issued and cannot be applied to the order that qualified the customer for the Offer or to an earlier purchase. The gift card and its underlying balance do not expire, and no issuance, maintenance, or inactivity fees apply. No minimum purchase is required to redeem it. Any unused balance remains available for later purchases; the customer must pay any amount exceeding the available balance. The gift card may not be redeemed for cash except as required by law and may not be used to purchase another gift card. PAKA will provide redemption instructions with the gift card.

7. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES. Orders canceled before fulfillment, including orders canceled by PAKA, do not qualify; any payment will be handled under PAKA’s applicable cancellation and refund policy. Returns and exchanges remain subject to PAKA’s applicable return policy and any nonwaivable consumer rights. Any gift card made available by a disqualified or canceled order will be allocated to the next eligible customer in the original qualifying purchase sequence, without a random drawing.

8. GENERAL TERMS. The Offer is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating, customers agree to these terms. PAKA may verify eligibility and order information and may disqualify fraudulent orders or attempts to evade the one-gift-card-per-customer limit. PAKA may correct clerical errors and may modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer if circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially impair its administration. PAKA will post notice of any such change on its website and will honor the Offer for customers who already qualified, except in cases of fraud or as otherwise required by law. These terms control over conflicting promotional materials concerning this Offer. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived. Delaware law governs, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections. Any legal action concerning the Offer must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
